My favorite guy had a birthday and I made a killer cake.

I'm not boasting about my own skill. Anyone could make this perfection that is an overly indulgent chocolate 3-layer cake.

This was such an epic cake that we couldn't stop talking about it. Really nothing to do with my baking skills because I think it could have been so much better if I knew what I was doing.

I've made the recipe cut down to 2 layers and it's just as easy and amazing to eat.

(Update: it has now been months and I have dreamt about this cake so much that I will make it whenever requested, regardless of having a special occasion or not. Tuesday night is a good reason for this chocolate cake!)
