Taylor and I are big hot chocolate fans. We have had chocolate all over the city, trying to see which one is the best. My MIL opened our eyes to the magic of Le Pain Quotidien.
Get a steaming bowl of plain milk.
A cute mini pitcher of rich chocolate syrup. Add your own sweetener and as much (or as little) chocolate syrup as you like. Stir....

Hummingbird Bakery. There are locations dotting London. Their most popular is the Red Velvet cupcake (boring) The Black-Bottomed cupcake was our favourite. Chocolate bottom with vanilla frosting and a injected with cheesecake in the centre!
